I’m so excited to start this program ! I have begun to plan out all my meals for the week!¬†

Above is my current favorite Shakeology shake! 
Recipe is as follows: 

Shakeology Chocolate Packet 1/2

Shakeology Vanilla Packet 1/2 (or 1/2 Scoop Vanilla Whey) 

Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk 1/2C

Oreo Cookies ‘n Creme Jell-O Mix 1TBS

Water 2TBS 

Ice 1/2C

It seems like a great program because you get to choose what goes into each container. 
I get 3 Green (veggies) 2 Purple (fruit) 4 Red (protein), 2 Yellow (Carbs), one blue (fats) and 2 spoons

Spinach Pineapple Shakeology Potato/Mash Mozzarella Dressing Peanut Butter   Meals: 1 Spinach + Mozzarella + 2 Eggs
Broccoli Banana Chicken Almond Milk     Olive Oil     2 Toast + Cottage Cheese (2%) 
Cucumbers   Cottage Cheese             3 Shakeology + almond milk + PB + Banana
    2 Eggs             4  Pineapple
                  5 Potato + Broccoli + Chicken 
Day 4                    
Spinach Strawberries Shakeology Brown Rice Mont Jack Dressing Peanut Butter   Meals: 1 Spinach + Mushrooms + 2 Eggs + Mont Jack
Mushrooms Grapes 2 Eggs Almond Milk     Olive Oil     2 Cottage Cheese (2%) + Toast
Broccoli/10 Asparagus   Cottage Cheese             3 Shakeology + Almond Milk + PB 
    Chicken             4 Grapes + Strawberries

    2 Large Eggs             4 Cottage Cheese + Pistachios
